Sucking of breasts by the infants is the first step for milk production. At early stages even when you do not have enough milk supply, allow your new born to suck. This stimulates breast nerves improving milk production.
Awake and lactate your child for every two hours. This keeps your child healthy and filled, also empties milk filled breasts which starts the production process repeatedly.

Include a minimum of 3 glasses of Cow’s milk which is rich in calcium in your diet.

Include rich creamy yogurt in your meals.
