A tinted lip balm is what any girl would begin her journey with lip colours. That too, Maybelline is the most preferred makeup brand in India for beginners.

The affordable price range along with good quality products makes it tempting to buy every new product they launch.

For lip care, lip balms are a must have for all. Maybelline has so many ranges of lip balms some tinted and some no-tinted. Tinted lip balms are great for day time use, while they give some attractive colour to the lips; they also provide good moisturizing healing the dry chaps on the lips.

One such lip balm from Maybelline is Baby Lips Color Changing Lip Balm which has spf 16 for sun protection, and the color to be mentioned here is Peach Bloom.

The sleek round twist up tube is an amazing package as there is no issue of finger dipping. It can be slipped into any tiny pocket of your jeans, wallet, handbag, literally anywhere.

The texture is thin wax which does not feel heavy on lips. The light weight feeling lip balm gives a mild shine to the lips along with a subtle peach color.

It hides pigmentation on the lips to some extent. If you have heavy dark pigmented lips, then do not expect much from the lips balm to cover up. However, it provides good moisturizing while smoothing the dry areas.

The staying power can be an issue though. It vanishes away quickly which means repeated application is required. I do not mind re-applying, so its staying power is not a great deal of problem for me.
